Diane's Paperworks operates in the heart of Mumbai, India.  Employing many artisans, this group provides not only a fair wage but vocational traning, literacy programming, housing and help with future job placements. Because most women in that area are not schooled past 5th grade they are taught basic reading and math skills as well, helping to make them marketable with dignified work in the future.  Both men and women are encouraged to invest in and make decisions within their community.
